The La Trobe University Netball League team is classified as a performance sport where athletes are selected based upon their level of experience and current playing level.
The seven week competition from July to September will see universities battle it out in venues across Victoria, including our very own La Trobe Sports Stadium.
The competition will be a state-based format for the first season, with an expansion to a national competitions in future years.
