MEN'S FUTSAL RETURNING (SEASON 1) TEAMS ONLY
If you have participated in Season 1, 2024, and would like to participate in Season 2, please fill out this registration form.
Please note: In order to re-register your team, the team captain only needs to fill out this registration form. All registered players in that team from Season 1 will automatically roll over. Any new members in your team wishing to play in Season 2 must become a new member, quoting the team code provided to you signing up in Season 1.
Your team will receive free registration if you sign up by Monday 31 June.
