SESSION 1: Monday April 12 – Designing your practices with purpose
In this session, we will discuss the principles and practices of excellent practice design. This will include an understanding of the dynamic relationship between the Task, the Individual and the Environment (TIE) and how getting this right can lead to improved athlete performance. We will be relying on an understanding of what your current practice looks like and modelling some suggestions around the TIE model.
SESSION 2: Monday 3rd May – Communicating with your athletes
In this session, we will be exploring different ways to communicate with and provide feedback to your athletes. This will include when and how to provide feedback to enhance learning, when, where and how to use questioning and how to engage all stakeholders effectively within your environments.
